The Nubian Shorty
Nubian Shorties Night Out, founded by Tiffany Dames in October 2017, is for Black women who embrace every aspect of their personality unapologetically. Created as a way to promote Black Women who resist the idea that we are monolith and agree that we have multifaceted personalities. Born in the Bronx, there are plenty of stigmas that follow Black Women that are raised in particular socioeconomic backgrounds. We’re dismantling those stereotypes and choosing not to allow anyone to invalidate who we are because of where we come from, how we speak, the texture of our hair, or anything else that makes us, Us.
So get you a girl that is not only both, but a Nubian Shorty.
Our Events
Nubian Shorties Night Out ‘s events promote Black Joy. At these events the goal is for Black entrepreneurs to gain meaningful personal and mutually beneficial business relationships with other Black people. We strive to create a Golden Parachute for Black business owners building connections to network and utilize for the promotion of their industry.
